Lublin – “Eat smart” (“Jedz z głową”)

Eat Smart is a modern disease prevention programme not only for primary school pupils, but also for their parents, guardians, school headmasters and teachers, as well as school canteen staff and school shop owners. As part of this programme we are forging a coalition for children’s health – that is why Eat Smart represents not only state-of-the-art health screening that will allow us to assess children’s health, but also an attractive awareness-raising programme that engages everyone to promote healthy eating habits and active lifestyles. 38 schools participate in the programme.

  • Diagnosis

The Electronic System for Medical Services in Schools (ESMS) screenings are carried out by school nurses or school hygienists in the schools’ medical care rooms. Although these check-ups are safe and non-invasive, they are performed only after the consent of the child’s parents / legal guardians.

In the form of face-to-face meetings as well as webinars

    We deliver:

    • EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS FOR CHILDREN IN GRADES 1, 2 and 3
    • EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS AND TEACHERS/CLASS SUPERVISING TEACHERS
    • THEORETICAL TRAINING WITH PRACTICAL WORKSHOPS FOR HEADMASTERS AND SCHOOL CANTEEN STAFF

We also organised an ARTS COMPETITION with prizes under the lead theme “I eat healthy – I eat smart!”
